Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number. Please note that processing times are separate from the estimated shipping times.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high order volume, carrier issues, or severe weather conditions. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active and visible in the carrier's system.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes Tidyora Home is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages and Lost Packages Since all our orders are dispatched with Insured Shipping, your purchase is fully protected. If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately so we can make it right. If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will replace it at no additional cost to you.
